Return Policy:

We will accept postage paid returns within 15 days of receipt of item after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the item price. .

We are happy to assist you with exchanges made within 15 days of receipt of item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.

Customers within the United States may also pay via Money Order or Personal Check. International Customers should choose Paypal for making payment. Contact us with any questions.

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all purchases shipped to a California address.

We normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. SHIPPING RATES AND INFORMATION:

Flat Shipping Costs based on order amount for all orders. No per item costs - the shipping costs are determined by the order dollar amount, not the number of items. International Orders will ship by dhl or Express Mail. We no longer offer International First Class Mail to because it is just way too slow and not trackable. dhl and Express Mail are trackable and fast. Delivery average times listed are estimates only.

Please Note: International Customers are responsible for any/all Customs Fees, Duty, VAT and taxes imposed by their Government on incoming International Shipments. International Shipping Times can occasionally vary based on the handling time of the Customs Officials in the Buyers Country. Since we have changed to dhl or Express Mail for most International Shipments our customers will see delivery times that average the number of business days listed on the charts above.
