Returns Policy

Return Policy:

During the Holiday Shopping Season we extend our Return Policy time frames to accommodate gift giving. Items purchased as gifts in November and December may be returned by January 15th if they do not fit the gift recipient. Please note all other return policies apply. You need to call or email for a Return or Exchange Authorization number BEFORE sending anything back - please keep your order/invoice number as we will need it to look up your order.

We will accept postage paid returns within 15 days of purchase after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the purchase price less all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. .


We are happy to assist you with exchanges made within 15 days. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.

Payment Policy:

Payments for Orders on our check out site: We accept Visa,Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal on our secure check out site. Customers within the United States may also pay via Money Order or Personal Check. International Customers should choose Paypal for making payment. Contact us with any questions.

Sales tax of 9.25% will be added to all purchases shipped to a California address.

We normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.

If purchasing multiple items please wait until you complete your shopping to make one payment - that is the only way to be sure that you receive the advantage of combined packaging/shipping rates. You may add items to your cart on our site and then make payment for all items once you have finished.


Shipping Policy:
Most shipments within the United States ship via Priority Mail. Some smaller items may ship via First Class Mail.

Most International Shipments of 4 pounds or less ship via First Class International Mail. Buyer may choose to upgrade to Express Mail at check out. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees/duties imposed by their country.

Orders normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment - often the next day.

All shipping prices include insurance.

Please note that the seller cannot guarantee delivery times on International shipments. Many countries have heightened their security checks on incoming shipments which may slow down delivery from time to time. International Shipments usually arrive within 15 business days but have been known upon occasion to take up to four weeks. We do insure all shipments. International Buyers are responsible for any customs fees / duty charged by their Government on incoming shipments.
